8m x 4 m Big Screen and Projector hire
This package is a complete screen hire package, it comes with an 8m x 4m big screen, a 10,000 lumens projector, it also includes a Yamaha sound system for a perfect outdoor cinema set up. it is suitable for up to 800 - 1000 people. (if you have less then thats fine too)
The set up includes a cover for the projector for not so perfect weather, in the projector house, there is a dvd link, blue ray link and the option of connecting a laptop, Mac or another Hdmi device. This is all connectable to the sound system through a mixer.
The system can also include a radio mic or lead mic for talking to your audience if required.
We also bring chain link fencing and pins to stop people crossing into the projector area during any screening, this package also includes a generator to power everything, so this set up is fully self contained, (although if mains power is available we would prefer this)
The screen can be used to show your own media, pictures, presentation or if you are wanting to screen a film then a licence will be required, we can help you obtain the most suitable licence or we can apply for the licence, depending on what the showing will be i.e a paid ticket event, or a free event etc. There are different rues for different uses.
if you hire the screen package you will also have atleast one operator, who will look after the whole set up during use to make sure everything goes smoothly.
