All tickets are NON REFUNDABLE

If you wish to cancel your hire because you do not agree with any of our terms, please contact us immediately, and we will cancel your booking for you as tickets unfortunately cannot be purchased without your acceptance of our terms.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF The Big Ourdoor Cinema Co (The word UNIT in terms & conditions means our inflatable screen and any equipment)

These are the Terms and Conditions of Hire set out by The Big Outdoor Cinema Co.

Please read these carefully and note purchasing tickers mean you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions.

Once a ticket has been bought for an outdoor screening please not it is non refundable, if an event is cancelled or rescheduled a ticket can be changed to either the rescheduled date or another available screening of the same value.

We will give as much information about cancellations or rescheduled screenings as possible.

Screenings will still take place if it is raining and cannot be transferred or refunded due to rain,sleet,snow or due to temperature.

We will only cancel or reschedule an event if we are forced to do so by a council, police, the venue or for a health and safety reason like high wind.

The company accept no responsibility for damage or injury whilst our equipment is under hire to you. We carry our own public liability insurance and operate within the HSE guidelines. All Equipment is tested and maintained to a high standard.

Please ensure the team have free and easy access to erect the screen or any equipment onto a clean flat lawn/area, green, or suitable floor if inside.

Please be advised that if we arrive and there is not sufficient space e.g. ceiling height for indoor hire or the outdoors lawn area is unsuitable e.g. too much sloping or is unclean, not a viable surface then full payment still has to be made.

The Big Outdoor Cinema Co reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time. If there are any sudden weather warnings we may have to cancel at short notice. We will be forced to cancel if the met office forecast winds and wind gusts above 24mph due to health & safety. The event will still go ahead in rain.

1. If booking tickets online these are non refundable. If we cancel due to high winds you will be given other screenings your ticket can be exchanged for. This is only if WE cancel.
2. Once equipment/unit has been set up it is not to be moved unless repositioned by a member of The Big Outdoor Cinema Co staff, any repositioning other than by our staff will result in Insurance being void.
3. No signs are to be glued taped or hung on any of the equipment hires.
4. No sharp objects are allowed on or near the units.
5. No smoking, BBQ’s or naked flames near the screen.
6. If dry hiring the screen You "the Hirer" are responsible for injury or damage occurring whilst the equipment is on hire and you are strongly advised to take out Public Liability Insurance covering the use of the Units/Equipment whilst it is on hire to you. Although we are covered for public liability that covers us and not you.
7. You must ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at all times when booking and attending a PG Film.
8. You may bring your own food and drink to the screenings.
9. Children must be prevented from running in front of the screen at any time.
10. All units are checked on delivery and you’re signature below indicates acceptance of the unit as being in good, clean condition, and all associated equipment is working as it should.
11. If a unit is damaged in any way shape or form, a member of the Big Outdoor Cinema Co must be shown immediately.
12. Only The Big Outdoor Cinema Co staff are permitted to collect and operate our equipment if you suspect that the member of staff is not a Big Outdoor Cinema Co member then contact us as soon as possible to confirm, all our vans are tracked and we can confirm if our drivers or crew are at your event.
13. If you have any problems with any equipment on hire then contact us immediately and we can help you or try and replace an item.
14. The screen cannot be used in high winds. The HSE maximum wind speed for inflatables is 24mph wind and wind gusts. If the conditions are exceeded, we will have no choice but to cancel the showing please see above.
15. Tickets are non refundable.
16. If a deckchair is broken during the screening please inform a member of The Big Outdoor Cinema Co straight away.
